This allows us to be proficient in meeting the needs of our members.
Meet the Team
President Patrick Romero
Mr. Patricio Romero grew up in southern California and went to San Gabriel High school. He worked for Montgomery Ward where he earned a Life and Health Insurance license. From there he was hired by Secure Horizons where he learned all about Medicare. He moved to Austin, Texas, and became the top agent in Travis County in 6 months. He was promoted to National Sales Director within 1 year. Mr. Romero started as a broker carrier helping seniors understand and get the most from their Medicare benefits. To date he has helped over 2000 seniors in California, Texas, Arkansas and Arizona make the right choice when it comes to their Medicare options.
Now as the President of Plan Right Insurance Agency, Mr. Romeo leads a group of over 30 agents across south Texas providing all types of insurance programs for their clients.

I joined the Plan Right Team in 2019. With my background in technology, administration, and combined with a quick learning skill set I’ve helped Plan Right steer in a direction of innovation. My partnership with Plan Right has not only helped agents in the field but has paved a way for the seniors in the community to receive excellent customer service. Starting my broker career I quickly recognized that we as agents are the bridge of knowledge to educating our community. My mission is to help guide families and ease any confusion when it comes to Life & Health insurance.
